Memphis 1907 – Union Depot – Wooden Framed Historical Photo Print
Memphis, Tennessee, 1907 — Union Depot on Calhoun Street. This ready-to-hang wooden framed print features a carefully restored historical photograph from the Detroit Photographic Co. archive.
The ornate two-story station at Calhoun and Main was built by the Illinois Central and opened in 1888. Known at different times as Calhoun Street Station, Central Station and Union Depot, it served several railroads before being demolished in 1912–13 to make way for the new Memphis Central Station.
The photograph has been digitally restored to recover detail, tonal separation and clarity while preserving the character of the original image. Printed on premium matte paper and supplied in a pine wood frame with shatterproof transparent plexiglass and hanging hardware, the artwork arrives ready to hang — no additional framing is required.
