You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and have authority to use the Services. You may be asked for information (email, billing, shipping, payment). You warrant it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may not transfer or sell your account.

2. Our Products

We aim to present products accurately; however, color/appearance can vary by device and settings. We do not warrant that items will meet your expectations or exactly match on-screen depictions. Descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time. We may discontinue products or limit quantities to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion (including suspected fraud/abuse/mistake). Acceptance occurs only when we confirm and capture payment. Please review orders carefully—cancellations after acceptance may not be possible. If we decline or change an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details provided.
Purchases are subject to our Returns & Claims Policy LINKLINKLINK. You represent that purchases are for personal or household use, not for resale or export.

4. Prices, Promotions & Billing

Prices, discounts, promotions, and shipping rates may change without notice. The price at checkout/confirmation applies. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, duties, customs, and import fees. Promotions have their own terms; if they conflict with these Terms, promotion terms govern.
You agree to keep payment details current and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the amounts due, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable duties. We may cancel orders arising from pricing or availability errors.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the order to the carrier. Inspect packages on receipt.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Claims

  • Return window: most items are returnable within 30 days in new, resaleable condition.

  • Final Sale (no returns): custom/personalized items (your text/artwork, non-standard sizes/colors, special edits) and items explicitly labeled Final Sale; digital downloads after delivery has begun with your prior consent.

  • Claims: damaged/defective/wrong items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos. Contact detroitphoto@proton.me
